If you spend your entire life being scared, nothing is going to ever change. Grow some balls, ask that person out, apply for that internship, stand up for yourself. Change starts with YOU. Stop complaining about how horrible things are and do something about it.

A bowl of fiber-rich bran flakes (about 1½ cups) with 8 ounces of low-fat milk is nearly the perfect breakfast. Make it portable by replacing the milk with lemon or vanilla yogurt and mixing it in a to-go container. Increase the fiber and vitamins by adding ¼ cup of nuts or fresh or dried fruit, such as chopped pecans or blueberries.
Spread 1 rice cake with 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons toasted unsweetened shredded coconut and 2 teaspoons dried cherries.
1 Tbsp pecans
3 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup halved strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 yellow tomato, cut into eighths
2 purple radishes, thinly sliced
1 skinless chicken breast (6 oz), grilled
1 Tbsp goat-cheese crumbles
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1 Tbsp fresh orange juice
1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
1 large pinch kosher salt
1 Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor, or whisk together until smooth.
2 Toast pecans in a 400°F oven for 2 minutes. Remove from oven. Set aside.
3 In a large bowl, combine spinach, berries, tomato, and radishes. Drizzle with dressing. Toss gently.
4 Divide salad between 2 plates. Place half the chicken on top of each salad. Sprinkle with nuts and goat cheese.
Top ½ cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt with 1 cut-up kiwi and ¼ cup cut-up mango. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped unsalted roastedcashews.
1 pound chicken scaloppini (about 4 ounces each)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour, divided
3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lemon, zest reserved for optional garnish, about 2 tablespoons juice
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
1 tablespoon capers, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Baby arugula for garnish
Whole-wheat angel hair pasta or roasted potatoes, for serving
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour.
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until very hot; cook the cutlets until opaque throughout, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Transfer the cutlets to a plate. (Reserve the skillet.) Reduce the heat under the skillet to medium.
Add the remaining teaspoon oil and garlic to the same skillet; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Whisk together the broth, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon flour, and add to the pan. Simmer sauce until reduced and thickened, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the vinegar, parsley and capers. Swirl in the butter until sauce is shiny and slightly thickened.
Serve chicken with the sauce. Toss the arugula and freshly grated lemon zest with a light drizzle of olive oil; season to taste with salt and pepper, scatter over chicken. Serve with pasta or potatoes as desired
basically what you need to do is not deny yourself food but make sure you’re eating properly. If you eat 5 small meals it will prevent you from being hungry :) all the food above together is under 1,500 calories!

Run a wash cloth under hot water and immediately press it onto your face. The water and steam will really help clean out the dirt from your pores. Be careful that the water is not too hot when doing this.
Get 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir so its like a thin paste, and add one more tablespoon of sugar. Stir again and drain out SOME of the water. Then get your hands wet and then rub them on your face so you have a little bit of water on your face. Then scoop up the sugar and water and put if on one of your cheeks. Scoop again and put it on the same cheek. Then rub the sugar in circular motions on your cheek for 60 seconds. Then rinse off and repeat for the other cheek and forehead. This is your exfoliator.
After you wash your face, get about 10 drops of lemon juice on your hands. Smear on your face for 10 seconds, but be careful, lemon juice is strong and if it burns only keep it on for 3 seconds. It breaks down the dirt in your pores that the cleanser missed. This is your “toner”.
Last but not least, splash cold water on your face. The reason this is last is because if you weren’t following the directions earlier and splashed cold water on your face, your pores will have closed. The water is like a key to your pores; hot water unlocks, cold water locks. Doing all of these steps with open pores will get almost all of the dirt and bacteria out, thus keeping your skin clear. Doing this everyday for a week will bring you happy, healthy, pretty skin!
Also when putting on makeup, moisturize first, put on primer, then your base :)
